Duties & Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pain
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls, potential and note useful information
Requirements and skills
- Experience in tele sales specially SAP Business One ERP
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting telesales quota over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

SAP Business One Consultant
The SAP business one consultant will be expected to take the following duties:
- Gather and analyse clients’ business and functional specifications for translation into a detailed design document.
- Install, configure and optimize SAP Business One applications and solutions as per the design document.
- Design and undertake system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) paying attention to versioning and transition from development and test to production phases
- Present regular project updates to the client, as appropriate, throughout the project lifecycle
- Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to the project manager as required
- Troubleshoot implementation issues
- Provide alternate solutions where technical constraints impede the business process
- Produce and maintain customer specific implementation documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered to customers satisfaction within time and on budget.
- The majority of this role will be based on-site and will therefore require significant travel.
- Support the sales team during presales with workshops and demonstrations and proposal documentation
- Implement add-on solutions
- Expert in specific industry add-ons to SAP B1 to meet particular market needs
- Manage integration to external systems
- Maintain product knowledge
- Achieve and maintain qualifications in SAP Business One and related applications
- Provide technical support to existing Business One clients
- Database Configuration, Setup, Gathering Master Data, Preparation master data templates & uploading data by using DTW tool
- Strong SQL scripting and query writing skills
- Strong report writing tool skills/Crystal Reports skills
- Excellent in presales activities, solutions presentation & demos.
Requirements & Skills
- MUST be resident in Cairo.
- Applicants should have hands-on experience of implementing SAP Business One within a variety of companies and industries.
- You must be able to communicate and develop positive relationships with a wide variety of clients, and must be a team player.
- ERP Implementation Experience – History of delivering complete ERP systems at a skilled level or client side implementation exposure.
- Excellent communication skills – Consultants need excellent questioning and listening skills to be able to investigate and understand a client’s real business needs. They also need equally good presentation and writing skills to be able to demonstrate to clients that their needs are understood.
- Teamwork – Consultants need to work in a tightly knit team supporting and complementing their colleagues.
- Problem Solving – Consultants need to demonstrate that they are flexible and persistent in their approach to work and have a logical problem solving method of completing tasks.
- Business skills – Consultants need a clear understanding of the ways business works, the structure of different businesses and the way business processes operate.
- Technical skills – An understanding of how business systems should operate to support a clients business.
- Database Knowledge – A familiarity with relational database technologies.
- Office skills – In depth knowledge of MS Office applications.
- At least One Year SAP B1 Consultancy experience
- Full end to end SAP B1 implementation experience at a Partner or End Use

Office Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Manage office budget
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to priotitize

Human Resources Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
- Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current
- Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
- Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
